We seal them with an elastomeric coating called VULKEM and when we get a bubble like you have it is because of moisture. Either still in the concrete or sweat dropped from a worker, or rain. One thing I wonder about : given how much this project is costing (your square foot cost is shockingly high), how can you choose things like doors and other fixtures?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I mean, you have a house that has been professionally designed to be unique, fit for an architecture catalog.  It would be a shame to mess that up by choosing tacky interior fixtures.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If it were me, I'd probably hire a professional style consultant or something to get those inner details right.
